ZIP Institute participated at OSCE-wide Expert Seminar on Promoting Resilience of “Soft” Targets against Terrorist Attacks through Public-Private Partnerships. The seminar took place in Vienna and was organized by Action against Terrorism Unit of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department.
