YOUNG PEACEBUILDERS has come to life, an initiative of ZIP Institute with the overall goal to firstly open and then build an effective, moderate dialogue between the three major religious communities in the Republic of North Macedonia, through targeting the most vulnerable and potentially most influential groups: young students of theology, latter to become religious leaders in their respective communities.

The overall goal of the project is to firstly open and then build an effective, moderate dialogue between the three major religious communities in the Republic of North Macedonia, through targeting the most vulnerable and potentially most influential groups: young students of theology, latter to become religious leaders in their respective communities. The specific goals of the proposed initiatives are to raise awareness among the target audience about the risks of utilization of religion for political gain and incitement of hate speech and violence and to build an effective counter-narrative to such misuse of religious messages.
