Project Description:
In light of the lack of functioning of the CICR in Jegunovce, we have decided to propose the project at hand. There is a necessity for revitalization of the CICR due to several reasons, most notably its function of a feedback and dispute settlement mechanism for inter-ethnic relations in Jegunovce. Through the “Diversity is Trendy – Promoting Local Multiculturalism” granting scheme, we aim at providing expertise to tackle the problems indicated above. The overall objective of the project is the building of multicultural society and the strengthening the intercultural dialog in the municipality of Jegunovce. It will be achieved through the revival of the CICR of the Municipality of Jegunovce, based on the best CICR practices in Macedonia, which will be governed based on a tangible action plan, to improve the inter-ethnic dialogue in the municipality.
