Të nderuar,
Instituti ZIP ju fton të merrni pjesë në një forum diskutimi me kandidatët për kryetar të komunës së Sarajit: z. Blerim Bexheti (BDI), z. Sefedin Aliu (PDSH), z. Ekrem Alija (AA) dhe z. Bashkim Bakiu (BESA).
Diskutimi do të jetë në temën “Si të bëhet Saraji një komunë më e hapur dhe më transparente për qytetarët”?
Eventi do të mbahet më 10 tetor 2017 (e martë) në restorantin Fontana në Saraj, duke filluar nga ora 10:00.
Bashkangjitur mund të gjeni ftesën dhe agjendën për eventin në fjalë.
Eventi do të shërbejë për të nxitur diskutim dhe debat midis kandidatëve për kryetar të komunës së Sarajit në tema si: transparenca buxhetore, përfshirja e qytetarëve në punën e komunës dhe këshillit komunal, transparenca e proceseve të punësimit, prokurimet publike, bashkëpunimi me sektorin joqeveritar dhe palëve të tjera të interesuara, si dhe në tërësi, transparencën e përgjithshme të komunës, nëse ata zgjidhen si kryetarë komune.
Eventi është iniciativë e Institutit ZIP dhe i njejti do të mbahet në gjuhën shqipe, me përkthim adekuat në gjuhën maqedonase.

Ве покануваме на форум-дискусија со кандидатите за градоначалници на општина Сарај: Блерим Беџети (ДУИ), Сефедин Алиу (ДПА), Екрем Алија (АА) и Башким Бакиу (БЕСА).
Дискусијата ќе биде на тема ,,Како до потранспарентна и поотворена општина?”
Настанот ќе се одржи на 10ти октомври 2017 (вторник) во Ресторан Фонтана во Сарај, со почеток во 10:00 часот.
Во прилог можете да ги најдете поканата и агендата за настанот.
Настанот служи за отворање на дискусија и дебата помеѓу кандидатите за градоначалници од општина Сарај на темата ,,Како до потранспарентна и поотворена општина?”, со фокус на буџетската транспарентност, вклучување на граѓаните во работата на општината и општинскиот совет, процесите на вработување, јавните набавки, соработка со невладиниот сектор и други засегнати чинители, како и генерално, целосната транспарентност на општинското работење, доколку истите се избрани за градоначалник.
Настанот ќе се одржи на албански јазик, со обезбеден превод на македонски јазик.
Настанот е инициран и спроведен од страна на ЗИП Институт.

We would like to invite you to the forum-discussion with the mayoral candidates of the municipality of Saraj: Blerim Bexheti (DUI), Sefedin Aliu (DPA), Ekrem Alija (AA) and Bashkim Bakiu (BESA).
The topic of the discussion is “How to achieve a more open and transparent municipality?”
The event will take place on 10th October 2017 (Tuesday), at Fontana Restaurant in Saraj, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Please find attached the official invite and agenda for the event.
The event will mark the opening of the discussion and debate between the mayoral candidates on the topic of achieving a more transparent, open municipality, focusing on budget transparency, inclusion of the citizens in the work of the municipality, transparency of recruitment processes, public procurement, cooperation with the civil society sector and other relevant stakeholders, as well as generally, the overall transparency of the municipality, if the mayoral candidates are elected for Mayor.
The event will be held in Albanian language, with appropriate translation in Macedonian.
