Agim Selami (ZIP) holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Decentralized Governance from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. He has 10 years of working experience in the non-governmental sector in North Macedonia in areas like local government, social entrepreneurship, youth, policy research, project writing, and project management. He has substantial working experience in working with local government units with a focus on local economic development, social inclusion, and education. Agim is one of the founders of ZIP Institute and has been leading the organization since its beginnings
