Project Description:
The aim of the project “Introducing Social Entrepreneurship in the work of Civil Society Organizations in Macedonia” is to introduce civil society organizations with the benefits of integrating social entrepreneurship in their work”. This project will also prepare these organizations to install a social entrepreneurship component within their activities as a means for achieving financial stability and sustainability.
In recent years, ZIP Institute has seriously focused its capacities to create policies and basis for the establishment of social businesses through its participation in several local and international projects. Due to the nature of the projects, ZIP has already developed training materials as a result of the project “Social Entreprising Europe” and for the purposes of this project, we will only need to adapt the materials to the local context and needs. The target group of the project are primarily civil society organizations operating in the territory of Skopje, which are not older than 10 years and have less than 10 employees. Activities will be implemented in the territory of Skopje.
