This project explores the potential for energy communities to empower vulnerable
citizens through a Citizens Assembly and bring the energy vulnerable into the heart
of the energy transition.
Our key objective is to explore the lived experience of
energy-vulnerable Albanians in the municipality of Saraj and their interest in engaging
in energy communities.
