ZIP Institute in partnership with IRCA, Comenius University, Charles University and Corvinus University delivered a two-day Online Capacity Building for CSOs training on 24th and 25th September. This training is a part of the project “Empowering Youth and Grassroots Organizations to Advocate for Social Service Delivery at Local Level”.

The program provided a great opportunity for CSOs to improve, on one hand, the collaborative and on the other hand the advocacy capacities, by sharing best practices of Visegrad member states and provision of person-to-person assistance.

Lectures discussed during the training were:

“Introduction to co-creation/co-production in the field of social service delivery in terms of the project target groups”

“Added values and challenges of involvement of the NGOs in the local social service delivery”

“Experience of the Visegrad countries with decentralisation of the social services and utilisation of co-creation/co-production in this field at the local level”

“Good practices of co-creation/co-production in the field of local social service delivery from Hungary”

“Good practices of co-creation/co-production in the field of local social service delivery from the Czech Republic”

“Good practices of co-creation/co-production in the field of local social service delivery from Slovakia”
