Project Description:

The project seeks to open the dialogue between different young theology students from different religious groups, as well as their religious leaders to understand better the manipulations and misrepresentations of religion for the purposes of political gain or incitement of hate speech and violence.

By bringing together three different religious communities in Macedonia (Orthodox, Islamic and Catholic) and opening a dialogue on the topic through research, workshops, video messages and the creation of offline and online hubs for discussion, the project aims to build a counter narrative to the phenomena of religious misinterpretation, utilization of religion for political gain, conflicts, violence and extremism.
